Shipping in Norway
- Orders ship from Norway (no toll/customs processing for you).
- Norwegian MVA/taxes are included in the price.
- Delivery time: 1–3 days.
- Orders placed before 13:00 ship the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 ship the next business day.
Shipping in the EU
- Orders ship from Sweden (no toll/customs processing within the EU).
- VAT and taxes are included for all EU countries.
- Delivery time: 1–3 days.
- Orders placed before 13:00 ship the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 ship the next business day.
Worldwide Shipping
- VIMANA Snowboards ships worldwide.
- Delivery time: 3–8 days depending on the country.
- Shipping rates depend on weight and order size. Exact rates are calculated at checkout.
Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
